The forum has a very simple rating policy;
Yay, Nay and Erm;
basic marks out of 3, where 1 is naff, 2 is mediocre and 3 turns heads.
There's also a Zero rate for things we want to deny existence.
Its intended for discussions of movies, albums and books.
No doubt it has other applications.
